Samantha Starmer

I started my career in 1998 playing a major role in the successful expansion of Amazon for several years. I then elevated my business expertise at the University of Washington with a Master of Information Science degree. From there I drove change at Microsoft, and then transitioned into helping U.S. and global retailers redefine customer experiences with innovative technologies. Along this journey I learned and created best practices that are still likely being leveraged by these top brands, and for the past 12 years I have shared my lessons learned while serving as an adjunct professor and course creator at the University of Washington and Kent State University.

I am a digital transformation executive with deep experience in omnichannel strategy, customer centered design, data driven insights, and leading innovation within multi-national corporations.
